This 1965 Lamborghini 3 CTL tractor is a crawler tractor that was delivered new in Italy. The tractor was refurbished and was part of a collection prior to importation by the selling dealer in Georgia last year. Power is provided by an air-cooled three-cylinder diesel paired with a dual-range four-speed manual transmission and differential steering. Accessories include a rear PTO assembly and draw bar, and the tractor is equipped with both head and taillights. This Lamborghini is offered by the selling dealer with an Italian registration booklet and a Georgia bill of sale.
The tractor has been refinished with a pale blue primary color and an orange hood and rear storage cubbies. It is equipped with head and taillamps, and the raised lettering on the PTO assembly, wheels, and engine case is finished in orange, matching the upper bodywork.
Drive is sent to the rear wheels via a portal-axle style system and large rear drive sprockets. Track tension is handled by a fore-aft adjustment on the front idler wheels. A set of mudguards are installed at the bottom of the track tension and idler wheel assembly.
A black vinyl-upholstered seat is provided for the operator, and controls include handles for the differential steering system, a forward-reverse selector, a shifter for the four-speed transmission, and controls for the PTO and other functions. The 2,500-rpm tachometer incorporates an hour meter which shows 5,800 total hours, about five of which were added by the selling dealer.
The air-cooled 2.2L diesel three-cylinder was factory rated at 40 horsepower and is cooled by a ducted offset fan assembly on the left side of the engine bay. Power is sent to the tracks via a four-speed dual-range transmission. Since coming to the selling dealer the tractor has received fresh fluids.
The data plate is affixed to the side of the engine case and notes the engine type, number, and the engine speed at which peak power is produced.
An Italian registration booklet is included. A sample of pages are shown in the gallery below, as is the Italian license plate.
